Seaside Motel - Redondo Beach

My best decision yet!

This cozy, well-maintained motel is a hidden gem. The clean room was an absolute delight, complete with all necessary amenities. The location is perfect, with a grocery outlet and good eateries just a short walk away. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, .

Had recently refurbished, unique room that was kept clean. A separate lounge, a satellite television, and a storage space available were an advantage. It was based in neat building in a good location, in a nice neighborhood🙂

had a good stay for the price, glad i've chosen it. all of the staff members were pleasant and affable.

Here's why it's a mixed review

The location was convenient! Clean and well-decorated rooms.

Parking was tight and the lack of coffee pots was a bit disappointing. Some road noise was noticeable during the night.

It was a such great stay on vacation.

Very friendly and helpful stuff. We had a very clean and silent room. The location was ok: It's a bit far from Santa Monica and Downtown, however it's near to Manhattan Beach and Long Beach. The neighborhood around the motel is busy but save (compared to Inglewood). We had breakfast at Starbucks just over the street.

the parking can be tight,, but the room was super clean with modern amenities. the a/c worked great on a humid night. also, the staff were really friendly and very helpful with recommendations.

Great place to stay for the value, friendly staff, clean rooms, felt very safe. Ride a bike to the beach or $15.00 cab fair to the Hermosa Peir.

Seaside was easy to find, family run, pleasant helpful people. Rooms actually seemed larger than the pictures on line, usually the other way around! The area was quiet and easy to get to Redondo or Manhattan Beach to hang out, our goal. Basic and clean and everything worked. Only thing I would have liked to have was a coffee machine and perhaps the bath towels be a bit larger and softer. I will stay here again or recommend to a friend.

A/C noise helped me sleep soundly.

The proximity of the late-time hookah cafe may be noisy on weekends if you are in the room adjacent to it; the parking is tight, but that is fine, as there is plenty of parking on the street

The motel might not be the fanciest one, but it is located in a safe and clean neighborhood near to LAX and beach. It is a family runned premise, and I must press that so kind and helpful person as the motel manager is I haven't meet in any other motel. Special thanks for him! It was an extremely positive experience to overnight in this motel. If I ever would need to spend a period in LA, I would stay in the Seaside Motel. The rooms our family had was equipped even with cooking facilities, which would have been useful if we were staying longer than just one night.

Somebody would mind the light rundownnes of the motel rooms.

The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable, but parking was limited, and the AC unit was noisy at times. A charming stay in a great location near the beach and dining options.

Easy to find and that's about it

Very old building, it looks like a 1960's $30/night motel somewhere in Florida, you get the idea. No breakfast and I did not feel safe since the doors were thin and could be opened easily from outside.

Clean and comfortable room, although an older establishment. Not too pricey, you get what you pay for. Nice staff. Fast wifi.

It is rather far away from the beach.
